I was in construction 19 years. I have a General Contractors License, but it’s on inactive now. Nearly 18 years ago I got involved with computers because of my overwhelming curiosity about them. The last 10 years I've been doing bookkeeping, graphic design, web design, Videography, office administration and automation. It is much saner than trying to fix computer.
I raised two daughters, and have two grandchildren and one on the way. I love animals and have three dogs and a cat. I enjoy physical activities and would like to do more, biking, tennis, skating and things like that. I'm not much of a beach person anymore. I was a certified scuba diver, but haven’t been diving for years. I love being on the water and the gorgeous sunsets into the ocean.
I enjoy target shooting, machine embroidery, digital photography and Videography and computers. I have 6 computers in my home, 4 desktops and 2 laptops! I also enjoy walking, dancing, the theater, taking pictures and videos. I also, occasionally, enjoy sewing, and crochet, which I use to do a lot more of. I love sushi and have since the early 70s. I have a garage full of tools and I use them. I'm very self sufficient, outspoken, set in my ways and pretty stubborn, but I love to try new things… within adult reason.
Though I’ve traveled the world fairly extensively, I’m pretty much a home body. I love spending time with my family, my animals and in my home. I'm close to my family and they come first with me, but my children are grown and I can come and go as I please. I go to Las Vegas a couple times a year, but I don’t gamble. I love the shows and I attend the trade shows, like CES or Comdex (when it was in Vegas).
